Kimberly Perry is an American country music singer-songwriter and musician. She was born on July 12, 1983, in Jackson, Mississippi. Perry is best known as the lead singer of the country music group The Band Perry, which she formed with her brothers, Reid and Neil Perry, in 2005.
The Band Perry debuted in 2010 with their self-titled album, which achieved commercial success with hit singles such as "If I Die Young" and "All Your Life". The success of the album led to the group winning several awards and nominations, including a Grammy nomination for Best New Artist.
Perry has also written songs for other artists, including Miranda Lambert, Kenny Rogers, and Cassadee Pope. In addition to her music career, she has also appeared on the reality television shows "Celebrity Family Feud" and "The Amazing Race".
Perry married former Major League Baseball player J.P. Arencibia in 2014, but the couple announced their divorce in 2018.
